What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, where you are travelling from, your dates and your message. We use them only to answer you and, if you book, to arrange your stay.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as Italian tax law requires, currently ten years.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the people who make your stay happen: our cook, a driver or a winery you have asked us to book, and only what they need. Italian law also requires us to register guests with the police on arrival.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites or build a profile of you. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to stay@podereorsola.it and we will reply within a month.
